The brief was to create a brand new Venetian Conference and Banqueting Centre to provide capacity of 300 with a state of the art venue for meetings and conferencing-a multi use space. A space that can be divided into 3 separate suites at any given time to cater for multipurpose events the Venetian Suite, Sorrento Suite and Palazzo Conservatory.

The Capri Restaurant & sculpture bar is contemporary in style and provides substantial local and regional dishes to tempt your palette, using strong vibrant colours that run throughout the whole hotel.

Having 52 bedrooms Fir Grove Hotel offers a choice of classic bedrooms ideal for an overnight stay, garden view executive double bedrooms with king sized beds, the brief to create modern bedrooms to cater for both corporate and leisure guest.
