A luxury wedding venue in Preston to accommodate for 1200 guest at its maximum capacity. A venue that would be able to adapt for larger social events, as well as small intimate celebrations. The challenge was to convert a warehouse into a 5* venue, that would suit not only wedding events but a series of events to be held under one roof.

D E S I G N

The initial design progress was that of a high-end ‘Far East’ inspired venue that offers a luxurious setting for weddings, Awards and corporate functions here in the Northwest.       

From start to finish, the initial design process ran smoothly, designing bespoke pieces of furniture to creating light fittings fit for a Palace.  The bespoke carpet that was designed and manufactured in the UK was done working alongside flooring designers that captured the overall design just how it was provisionally sketched out at the earlier stages of design.

A selection of Brass fittings throughout the whole venue and opulent hues work harmoniously together, the flow of the whole overall venue works hand in hand from the moment you step inside.

The incredible venue now holds, 2 large suites for events that can be split into two if required, two beautiful open reception’s that leads to private rooms on the mezzanine level. 

Suite 1 & Suite 2 also include a mezzanine level that overlooks the main ground floor, a small kitchen is also located on this floor that enable fresh food made on site in an impressive large chef’s kitchen below to be transported up in the custom made lift shaft.

A beautiful spacious bridal suite with en-suite was also designed bearing in mind the space required for various make up and beauty artist to work freely.

The Directors office also designed in keeping with the whole venue as a place of work & also a place to conduct client meetings in a tranquil setting.

A project that has been an absolute dream to work on, not only due to the design and specification but also the whole process of working harmoniously with a great client and wonderful tradesmen.
